Rila was asked to arrange a series of local meetings with key senior Oncologists covering the whole of the UK. The aim was to communicate specific clinical/educational messages to the target audience concerning the client’s product.
Rila arranged for an agreed presentation to be delivered at a series of meetings attended by key senior Oncologists. The presentation was delivered by either the client’s KOLs or an Oncologist sourced and briefed by Rila.
Rila liaised with all the meetings’ organisers, briefed the speakers, provided evaluation from attendees and worked closely with the client’s medic at all stages.
10 meetings were organised with an average of 30 Oncologists at each of the local meetings. The client was invited to attend 90% of the meetings. A 45-60 minute presentation was delivered at each meeting. Evaluation showed that 90% of the delegates found the presentation useful and informative and a further questionnaire, agreed with the client, enabled the views of oncologists to be obtained on similar clinical products.
