The client wished to develop an accredited educational programme for GPs, trainee Cardiologists, trainee Physicians and nurses working in Cardiology which specifically addressed stroke management, to fulfill the requirements of the Department of Health.
Rila organised an ‘Expert Panel’ group consisting of Stroke Physician, Care of the Elderly, Cardiologists, GPs with an interest in Cardiology, GPwSI -Stroke Management, Nurses working in Cardiology, a patient group representative and a patient charity representative.
